WAW Entry Form

All entries must include the completed ENTRY FORM, which asks for full names of all entrants as well as each entrant’s age, name of school, grade level, city/country, and email address. This form should be emailed to competition@wawcompetition.org (attention: Leopold Song, Competition Administrator), and you should attach to the email your submission materials.
